Vignette Village 2008

These textural, ambient animations preceded the keynote address at the Vignette Village ‘08 conference, presented across three giant screens totaling over 100 feet in length. Paired with Stuck On On and Tequila Mockingbird’s lush music and sound effects, the project was an exciting large-format media experience.

We jump at the chance to be involved in a project from the ground up, and we like it even better when we can contribute to as many facets of the work as possible. In these three spots for Austin clean water initiative GrowGreen, we had our hands in everything from concept and writing to music, voice talent, design and animation. If you have half as much fun watching these spots as we did creating them, we’ll be very happy people. Special thanks to Tequila Mockingbird, character creator Brett Stiles Design, word-wizards Risky BBQ and Austin music luminary Dale Watson.

The 20×2 Event takes place during SXSW Interactive; twenty artists have two minutes each to answer a common question. We see it as a good excuse to roll up our sleeves and turn the depravity up to 11. Special thanks to Mac&Cheez.

State Farm

State Farm agents have some interesting stories to tell, and Sanders-Wingo presented us with the unique opportunity to push these bizarre narratives even further. Rather than taking the literal route of visual storytelling, we instead chose to let the agents’ voices be the stars of the show, bringing their words to life with bold kinetic type and graphics.
